Is it free to join the waitlist?

How does Pakka Karo make money?

A small, transparent service fee on payments that flow through the platform, plus inspection fees. You always see costs up front — no hidden charges, ever.

How is my money kept safe?

Funds for each stage are designed to be held in escrow with a licensed financial partner — not by us directly — and released only after a certified inspection signs off on the work.

How do you stop material theft or the wrong materials?

At each stage our inspector checks the materials, not just the workmanship — steel grade and weight, cement and concrete mix, brick quality — against what you're paying for. Substituted, short or missing material is caught on site, before it's built in and hidden.

What if a defect appears after the work is done?

Your protection doesn't end at handover. We hold back a small retention — typically around 5% — through a defects-liability period of several months. If seepage, cracks or settling show up, the work is put right before that final amount is released.

What happens if there's a dispute?

Money stays held until the issue is resolved. A failed inspection means the work is corrected and re-inspected before any payment moves, and our team helps mediate fairly.
